So excited to share this recipe for you guys, I had a lot of fun making/filming this video. This recipe is so creamy and delicious that you wont even tell the difference from a real cheesecake! Raspberry Vanilla Cheesecake

Crust:
– 1 cup almond flour or whole almonds
– 1 cup pitted dates
– 2 tbsp cocoa powder

Vanilla Filling Layer:
– 1 1/2 cups cashews, soaked in water overnight and drained
– 1⁄4 teaspoon sea salt
– 1⁄3 cup melted coconut oil
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
– 1⁄4 cup maple syrup

Raspberry Cream Filling Layer:
– 2 cups fresh raspberries
– 2/3 cup cashews, soaked
– 4 tablespoons coconut flakes
– 6 tablespoons maple syrup
– 1 teaspoon lemon juice
– 8 tablespoons melted coconut oil
– 1/2 cup fresh raspberries

Garnish:
– Raw truffles
– Molasses
– Fresh strawberries
– Oreos
– Fresh or frozen raspberries
– dark chocolate
